Curated Pets ships within the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Curated Pets members receive FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

All orders are shipped either directly from our brand partners or by our distribution and logistics partner. We have 2 temperature-controlled distribution centers around the country to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly with minimal shipping time.

To minimize transit time, we ship directly from 2 regional warehouses across the United States. Standard shipping averages 2-3 days for delivery but can take longer depending on your location. We cannot accept or ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Where do you ship?
Curated Pets ships to all residential and most commercial addresses in the lower 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international locations. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from 2 different warehouses (Easton, Pennsylvania or Lansing, Michigan) which helps to ensures that your order is shipped quickly and takes the fewest days to receive, at the lowest cost possible.

When will I receive my order?
All orders typically ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Why isn’t shipping free all the time?
Shipping takes a toll on the environment, so our order limits for free shipping encourage you to place an order for several items at once and reduce the carbon footprint and packaging materials involved.

What will my package look like?
To get your pet's essentials to you as quickly as possible, we partner with multiple trusted fulfillment centers and sometimes ship directly from our brand partners. Because of this, your order will likely arrive in a plain brown box, and the return address on the label may say "Your Local Pet Store," "Emerson," or feature the specific brand's name rather than "Curated Pets." There also may not be a standard packing slip inside the box. Rest assured, if you see these names on the label, it's your Curated Pets order arriving safely!

Same-day shipping cutoff times

We try to ship all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after this time, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

All orders would ship by FedEx Ground. We can only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states so we cannot accept or ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Unfortunately FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO's so we cannot ship to those either.

Heat-sensitive items

Products that need to be shipped in a cool environment require special shipping procedures due to their sensitivity. To ensure they arrive in good condition, we recommend ordering early in the week.

Note: Some products need long-term refrigeration, but not all require a cold pack for shipping. If the manufacturer doesn’t indicate it’s needed, we’ll ship without one.

Out-of-stock items

Items that are out of stock when you place your order can’t be shipped immediately. We’ll automatically ship out-of-stock items as soon as they’re back in stock, typically within 10–14 business days.

Large order holds

Large orders might be held temporarily to confirm they’re being distributed to a customer. We fully support our suppliers’ resale policies and restrictions, so we may place certain large orders on hold to review the details and ensure compliance. This could result in a one-day processing delay.

International orders

We do not support international shipping and only ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Price changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for errors or omissions.

Packing slips

We include packing slips in each order that will have the Endless Aisles logo on them. These slips include information such as products, quantities, and the order number, but don’t display pricing.

Shelf-life guarantee

Curated Pets only sells items that’ll expire outside three months, though we target six months or more. If you receive an expired item or an item is determined to expire within three months, please reach out to customercare@curatedpets.com.
