Essential Membership

Your Essential Membership: Accessing Value: Access to discounted member pricing on our Website requires an Essential Membership.

  • Current Status: The Essential Membership is currently offered for free. By creating an account on our Website, you automatically become an Essential Member with access to discounted pricing.

  • Benefits: As an Essential Member, you receive exclusive pricing (up to 20% off sitewide) and access to special offers.

Future Changes: While the Essential Membership currently has no fee, Curated Pets reserves the right to introduce a membership fee in the future. We are committed to providing ample prior notice to existing members should such a change occur. Your continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Placing Orders & Product Fulfillment

Product Information: We strive to display product information as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing & Discounts: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Members will see their discounted pricing applied at checkout. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. 

Order Acceptance: Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Fulfillment via our Distribution Partners: All orders are fulfilled through our third-party distribution partner, our authorized third-party fulfillment partners. Product availability is subject to their stock. Curated Pets is not responsible for any delays or issues arising directly from Phillips Pet Food & Supplies' operations beyond standard communication and problem resolution efforts.

Returns & Refunds: Our Refund and Return Policy governs all returns. Please review it carefully. To maintain product safety and integrity, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact customer care immediately. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
