At Curated Pets, we take our commitment to quality very seriously. We partner with industry-leading, authorized distributors to ensure that we offer only the highest-quality products for your pets. Through our fulfillment partners, strict quality control guidelines are followed, including rigorous expiration date tracking and proper storage for climate-sensitive items.
Once a product has been shipped and received by a customer, we are unable to verify the product’s integrity, storage conditions, or handling after delivery. For this reason, we do not accept returns and do not resell any returned products. All sales are final.
